I want to first offer apologies to those blogs I do follow and have tried my best to visit during my ‘time out’ for finishing my second book ‘The Dreamcatchers’, Book two of the Forever Never series. Life also keeps me busy, even being retired. For me it only means I don’t get paid for the daily work I do but also I can do nothing on any given day if I choose it. Of course that rarely happens, even when I picked a fight recently with a very efficient mandolin. After nearly a month I have grown new skin over the thumb and am spreading the word. “Use the Guard!”
Anyway, thanks to all who have honored me by reading my humble tale. This series began as a musing in 2007 while hiking the Seminole Trail in Florida and provided an outlet for my quest to understand the nature of Unconditional Love and our human nature to deny it all too often. To be free of suffering is most simple, but our minds convince us nothing could come so easily. If you read my story and it gives you a moment of pause or comfort, then I will be well pleased. All the characters are drawn from some part of myself and those who have chosen to walk with me in this dream we call Life. I believe that within each of us lives a Sorceress, a Warrior, a Hunter and Healer. We are all loving parents and devoted children. We are faithful friends and potential adversaries. What will you dream? Will you heed the voice of Wisdom or entertain the whispers of Chaos? Join my friends on Domhan as they struggle to understand the contradiction that is Love.
