Thanks for taking that nice shot of the moon Cheryl. I stayed out just long enough for a quick look and to refill the bird feeder. And we had a clear night – which is the exception. Lake Erie is usually the cloud machine guaranteed to obscure any celestial event. Now I can enjoy it over a nice warm cup of coffee. Much easier to contemplate the beauty without those shivers….

How come? Ours is not yet full. On the night of Dec 31st, I was outside the house and decided to take a photo of the moon with my phone. The sky was clear and the moon looked beautiful. Just like yours. Thanks for sharing.

It’s the line from the famous song. I took some better shots with my Nikon but it doesn’t take good shots of all the sky and area on the ground beneath the moon. Isn’t she beautiful Peter? I’m starting back in the land of Domhan. Things will be heating up. The Jinetes are arriving to the seaside and surprises await.

Beautiful, Cheryl! Our moon looked exactly the same Tuesday morning – in a bit of a haze and haunting.
